Service Terms

All services are performed by the owner of GK Computer Business LLC. Diagnostics, repairs, installations, and consultations are conducted to the best of our professional ability.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate device information
  • Estimates provided before work begins — changes communicated promptly
  • We reserve the right to refuse service outside our scope

Liability

GK Computer Business LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or data loss beyond our control.

  • We recommend backing up data before any service
  • Pre-existing hardware failures discovered during service are not our liability
  • Issues from customer-provided parts or software are excluded

Payments

Payment is due at completion of service. All costs are communicated upfront — no hidden fees.

  • Accepted: cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments
  • A deposit may be required for larger projects

Warranty

  • 7-day labor guarantee for the specific issue repaired
  • Custom PC builds include a 30-day labor warranty
  • Warranty void if tampered with by another party after service
